Since our founding in 1885, as the first college-preparatory school for girls in the United States, Bryn Mawr has inspired each girl to discover her voice, rise to challenges and grow into her own extraordinary self. Challenging Academics, Strong Student Support Our school offers students a challenging, personalized high school experience, complete with a Student Success Coach, college counseling program, and honors-level courses. Synchronous classes are offered Monday through Thursday, with flexible Fridays set aside for office hours, independent work, or participating in activities students are involved with outside of school.
