Camp Natoma is a summer tradition for many generations of families. Since 1941, campers have spent a summer week sleeping under the stars, rock-hopping through Franklin creek, singing silly camp songs, trying new outdoor activities, and making life-long friends. We welcome boys and girls, 1st through 11th grades to the 6 night camp program. Our unique summer camp program provides youth an opportunity to sleep under the stars and participate in outdoor activities including archery, swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, music, nature exploration, team-building and more! Camp Fire Central Coast of California, a non-profit youth development organization, owns and operates Camp Natoma and has on this site since 1941. In addition to traditional week long summer sessions, we also offer Family Camps, group/organization custom programs, and volunteer opportunities. At Camp Natoma, campers gain independence while experiencing a connection with nature, each other, and positive adult role models. Campers are offered opportunities to express their creativity in a safe community environment. Experienced staff guide campers in youth-driven nature exploration as well as intentionally designed youth development activities. Delicious, nutritious, meals made on-site from local produce fuel campers as they explore they share laughter with new friends, swim, hike, and sing in the protected 360-acre oak woodland.
