Since its start in 1948, Elim has served thousands of children with disabilities. Through Elim Christian School and its specialized autism programming (ACE), Elim provides educational, therapeutic, social, and vocational training for children with developmental disabilities Elim Christian School serves students (ages 3 to 22) who have developmental and/or physical disabilities. There are two main programs: Cross-Categorical Special Education and Autism Comprehesive Educational (ACE) Program. The school is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education. Elim is a Christian school, and we take seriously our responsibility to teach from a Christian perspective, to proclaim Christs love in everything we do, and to equip our students to achieve their highest God-given potential.
