Moose River Outpost 2025 » Impressive Teens

Moose River Outpost is about three things: Seeking Christ, Building Community, and Embracing Adventure. Bible studies at a campfire, rafting trips or delicious shared meals bring groups closer together. Campers learn the value of community in a world where faith is not the norm. Adventure feeds our camp goals in other ways as well. There are inherent challenges in the adventure experiences at Moose River Outpost that help build the life skills of our campers. Team work, self-confidence, and responsibility come naturally on the trail or in the demanding setting of an outdoor adventure. In the midst of cooking a meal together on the trail, campers learn to work cooperatively on a project. While climbing the cliffs at Mount Kineo, campers learn to trust their belayer and often find that they are capable of more than they ever imagined. Activities include: kayaking, rock climbing, canoeing, archery, sailing, crafts, fishing and much more!
