My Dear Friend Campaign Write Letters To Seniors 2025

The GlamourGals Foundation mission is two-fold: addressing elder isolation while building empathetic teen leaders. During the pandemic, residents in senior care faced 100% isolation. We developed our MDF campaign to bring joy and companionship to those who need it most. All ages are welcome. Write with friends and family! It’s easy! 1. Write the notes! Our founder, Rachel, shares a few tips in this short video , if you need inspiration. You can address the notes to “My Dear Friend” and write a kind, thoughtful, message in clear, large handwriting. You can include your first name and state, if you prefer. Here are some downloadable cards – you can also create your own! 2. Log your notes here . Please make sure only one person is filling out this form if you are writing as a group! 3. Send your notes to a senior home. After you log your notes, we will send you instructions via email within 1-2 business days, with information pertaining to a senior home on our list who will receive your letters and distribute them to their residents. 4.
