OMEGA is an MIT AgeLab initiative designed to foster multigenerational connections between high school students and older adults. Students in grades 9-12 participate in events throughout the year and discuss how to strengthen relationships and promote connections across generations. In addition to the monthly calls, OMEGA convenes several (virtual) student summits each year in an effort to encourage students to connect across generations, brainstorm and share programming ideas, and plan intergenerational activities.
