Community School’s Foundations in Mathematics program is an excellent opportunity for high school students to learn and practice foundational mathematical skills. Find out more! Some topics they can expect to cover include numeracy, basic algebra, and statistics. Taught by Professor Wade from Boston College, this course will introduce students to the idea of applying their mathematical skills in the context of standarized testing. They will also explore the application of mathematics in other areas of study such as art, music, and science. This course will undoubtedly help students review previous math knowledge and prepare for the upcoming mathematical challenges in the next school year.
