Young World Leaders Sandy Spring Friends School 2026

Young World Leaders is a United States-based pre-college leadership and immersion program designed for students from around the world and across the US. The 2 week program enables students from all over the world to spend their summer learning first-hand about the American academic and cultural experience while also developing the skills necessary to become young world leaders. Young World Leaders offers students from around the world several full residential learning experiences. Participating students can live with an American family as part of our homestay program or on our campus minutes away from Washington, DC. Our campus provides a world-class, educational center, easy access to the cultural and historical landmarks of Washington, DC, recreational facilities, and classroom space for an unforgettable summer learning experience. The Sandy Spring Friends School campus offers a completely independent school experience, just a short distance from Washington DC. Students will have access to academic, athletic, and living spaces, while also enjoying access to libraries, laboratories, beautiful facilities, and spacious grounds of the campus for a true US high school experience.
