The Hellenic International Studies in the Arts group has cultivated a creative learning environment, leveraging its extensive and diverse backgrounds in university teaching and administration, international art and academic seminars.

For Gap Year students, we offer the Greek Island (Paros) Self-Discovery program:

Students who have finished high school and wish to postpone college for a semester or a full year may join HISA’s university participants in a full semester Gap Year program, whether looking for a foreign cultural immersion, diverse cross-disciplinary studies, or a deep-dive into a singular concentration, such as Painting, Photography, or Creative Writing.

Gap Year participants receive the same individualized attention at HISA’s full-time students, and Gap Year students in most instances can receive course credit transferred back to their prospective institution at home.
