With nearly 40 years of experience, Shorashim crafts innovative and immersive programs tailored to the needs of our partners (Jewish organizations) and participants (Jewish attendees excited to explore their faith via travel abroad to the motherland), strengthening ties to Israel through strong personal relations and long-lasting connections to Israel.

Shorashim, which means roots in Hebrew, is a nonprofit organization devoted to building long-lasting bridges between Israeli and North American Jews on multiple levels. As a cutting-edge educational organization that has been a pioneer in cross-educational, religious, and travel abroad programs, we have a team dedicated to bringing the highest quality of bicultural programs to fruition.

Our trips are for young Jews excited to tap deeper into their religion, heritage, community, and Israeli roots.
