StudVent (Student Ventures) facilitates the collaboration, promotion, education, and celebration of student-led startups from academic institutions all over the world, thusly unearthing, bringing together, and shedding light on the thousands of student startups on campuses globally. StudVent addresses startups at the undergraduate, masters, MBA, PhD, and Post-doc levels from higher educational institutions around the globe.
StudVent offers a Gap Year Program, also known as “Venture Year”, which is part immersion gap year and part startup accelerator, takes place 100% virtually (online), varies in length, and is led by a university business professor who also has a background and career in Silicon Valley. StudVent also hosts an Entrepreneurship Club (“SVEC”), through which participants are automatically enrolled in the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization CEO, as SVEC is a student-led chapter of CEO.
Student Ventures programs are 100% remote (virtual) and combine skill development in technology, digital media, entrepreneurship, marketing, and business networking to deliver robust programs in which students start real businesses.
