We offer destination work programs that connect young people to seasonal jobs across the country and abroad.

AdventureEXP hosts destination work programs to help students travel to desirable locations around the US for paid seasonal jobs and internships (typically in the hospitality and tourism industry), which range from 2 to 12 months in length and start on a rolling basis, throughout the entire year (all seasons). Plainly put, AdventureEXP finds you a job in a thrilling location (how cool is that?!), setting you up for an unforgettable first entrée to a real-world employment environment.

AdventureEXP handles the following:

Connects students to partnered employers in program location
Secures housing
Plans hosted excursions
Offers emergency support
Supplemental educational programming – career coaching and personal finance learning groups

The vast majority of our internship and job placements do not require any prior experience, and students will come away having earned more money than they spent, so this is a great way to begin earning and saving for their future in a vacation-like resort environment where working, earning, and living are all a blast!
