Better Regulate Than Never Podcast And Life Coaching 2026

I work with youth and young adults age 13-25 on anything that is getting in the way of their success. I have a weekly podcast that comes out every Tuesday on all topics associated with emotional regulation. I worked in public education for 31 years, so I understand how to navigate school. I also worked with neurodivergent populations and understand accommodations including 504 plans and IEP’s (Individual Education Plans).I work with parents when needed. I provide weekly Zoom calls for 50 minutes. I have a 6 month package of 24 sessions. Families or young adults would sign up on my calendar for a consult call. In that hour long call, we would discuss what the family or adult wants to work on and decide if my coaching would be a good fit. When a family decides they want to work with me, I send an invoice and contract to get started. Weekly sessions are preferred, but I work around the schedules of others as much as I can. I offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments. Clients also have access to me through email, text or Voxer throughout the week. It is not immediate feedback, but I try to get back within 24 hours of the message.
