Teens Interested in & Dedicated to Environmental Stewardship, ages 14 – 18, commit to pitch in at Brooklyn Bridge Park and assist with educational, maintenance and gardening activities, while completing community service hours and exploring nature. Teens are invited to pitch in at Brooklyn Bridge Park while exploring and learning more about the environment. Teens Interested in & Dedicated to Environmental Sciences (TIDES) complete community service hours through gardening, seining, coastal cleanup, and clearing oyster cages. This program is is open to high school students ages 14-18. The program takes place over 8-10 consecutive weeks in Brooklyn Bridge Park’s unique waterfront environment.
