
HSHSP is a seven-week summer research program created for high school students who want to obtain more experience performing research while living on the campus of a large research-intensive institution. It is the oldest and longest-running program of its kind in the United States. The program’s principal purpose is to create a social environment in which knowledge and research may flourish.
