Heather Hyslop, founder of Hyslop Educational Consulting (HEC), is an educational consultant specializing in boarding school and college guidance. Prior to founding HEC, Heather spent fourteen years in boarding school admissions, several years in college guidance and financial aid, and more than a decade consulting in private practice, so she is well-qualified to assist families in the college admission process.
Distance isn’t a barrier when it comes to helping your child find the school that is best for him or her. We currently work with families in many locations in the US and abroad, including Minnesota, Massachusetts, Arizona, China, Japan, Germany, Mexico, and Ecuador.
HEC offers three packages:
- College: Comprehensive Program (20+ hour comprehensive college consulting and admissions assistance)
- College: The List (personalized academic review and custom college list)
- College: Essay Application & Review (college essay and application review and feedback)
