IndigoPathway is on a mission to help teens and young adults or soon-to-be-adults discover the best education and career path for them, based on identifying their specific strengths, talents, interests, and priorities. Our free, 10-minute survey helps students identify personal strengths, motivators, behaviors, and communication styles. Then, based results, we provide a list of highly-accurate, highly-curated career matches which students can use to explore education opportunities.

We don’t believe in forcing all students into one cookie-cutter education or career path, so provide options that don’t always require a traditional, 4-year college degree, yet still yield a purpose-driven, rewarding, successful career outcome. We offer services for high schools, workforce development certifications for students, and a database of best-fit education and career opportunities for our students.
