The Koresh Dance Company is fully dedicated to the enrichment of the cultural landscape and artistic reputation of Philadelphia. It is important to us to sustain a group of dancers and an administrative staff on salary, so that we can fully dedicate ourselves to our mission The children’s program at the Koresh School of Dance was established in 2004. Since then, the school has developed a reputation for outstanding training in a wide variety of styles. We offer classes for ages 3-18 in Creative Dance, Pre Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern, Ballet and Pointe. Our studio is located in Center City, just one block southwest from Rittenhouse Square, and boasts four sprung-floor dance studios, large dressing rooms and two spacious lobby areas. We aim to provide students with a fulfilling experience whether they want to become professional dancers or they simply enjoy dance.
