Maine Arts Camp Philosophy We take great pride in providing a small, nurturing camp community with a maximum of 100 campers per session. Maine Arts Camp is a place where children and teens feel comfortable expressing their creativity while meeting likeminded kids. Because campers receive a lot of personal attention from our exceptional staff (many teachers and professionals), they grow in extraordinary ways that help them lead happy, meaningful and productive lives. This includes improving social skills, learning to make decisions, becoming more resilient, and gaining other character-building tools. Summer Camp Activities – usually about 55 which include the following: Acting/Directing, Metal Jewelry, Cartooning/anime, Stained Glass, Baking, International Cuisine, Drawing, Acrylic & Watercolor Painting, Musical Theater, Kayaking, Tennis, Stop Motion, Narrative Film, Digital Photography, Fiction Writing, Creative Writing, Soccer, Sewing, Needle Felting, Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern/Contemporary, Cardio Dance, Yoga, Fused Glass, Enameling and more! At Maine Arts Camp, campers choose their schedules before camp starts. This enables us to keep class sizes small and campers able to get into activities they want. Campers take 10 activities, with 5 every other day, so activities stay fresh and interesting. This website uses cookies to ensure you get the best experience on our website.
