Mount de Sales Academy is committed to continuing the vision of the Sisters of Mercy by providing a Christ-centered school environment designed to enhance the spiritual and academicgrowth of each student, and serves students in grades 6-12. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1876, Mount de Sales Academy is an independent Catholic, coed, college preparatory school which enjoys a rich heritage of challenging academic programs within an environment based on Christ-like action, Gospel values, and service to others. We remain committed to continuing the traditions and vision of Catherine McAuley and the Sisters of Mercy by educating young men and women of all cultural and religious backgrounds. Our mission to educate the whole child calls us to offer extracurricular activities designed to engage students beyond the classroom. A wide range of activities including a full athletic program, a strong fine arts curriculum, and numerous service projects provides leadership and growth opportunities for all our students.
