The Bellisario College of Communications at Penn State is offering an exciting opportunity for your high school students to participate in a weeklong summer camp this July! Students interested in broadcast journalism will have full access to state-of-the-art television studios to produce their own news or sports stories. This camp offers a chance for students to explore opportunities in broadcast journalism, newsgathering techniques, storytelling, and more. Broadcast Journalism Summer Camp is open to any student entering grades 9-12 in the fall. This camp is perfect for students interested in school newspaper, television broadcasts, yearbook, writing, filming, and theater. Campers will stay in dorms on the University Park campus, enjoy meals in campus dining halls, and work on creative projects taught by Penn State faculty members in our state-of-the-art media center.
