Pennsylvania College of Technology’s (PCT’s) summer pre-college aviation program offers high school teens (entering grades 10 – 12) a summer overnight experience during which they’ll become immersed in the world of aviation maintenance through hands-on learning. Students will delve into the application of sheet metal, composite materials, and engine operations, as well as learn the in’s and out’s of drone aircrafts. Students will also get the chance to tour the Eagles Mere Auto and Air Museum.
This is a great summer learning opportunity for students who may be interested in STEM, aviation, or gaining exposure to the kind of hands-on and technical learning experience most don’t get in a high school or classroom setting.
