Peoples Emergency Center (PEC) is located in West Philadelphia. PECs mission is to nurture families, strengthen neighborhoods and drive change. PEC started as an all-volunteer agency. We host dedicated volunteers every year who want to make a difference in the community. We have need for volunteers to distribute food.
