The Russian School of Mathematics (RSM) is the perfect learning advancement option, as well as test preparation and tutoring, in order to bring students up to grade level, help them excel in math, or surpass their peers and compete and win at competitions. RSM offers (nearly 300) classes at every grade level and competency or aptitude to fit your student, so whether your student is struggling to pass their classes or is an overachiever who’s always been gifted in mathematics, RSM has classes and services suited to meet them where they are and bring them to the next level.
Unlike some advanced math or gifted student programs, RSM does not rush through concepts or teach to a test or a competition. Instead, RSM emphasizes logical and critical thinking rather than memorization, ensuring RSM students come out with a complete grasp of even the most complex of topics, which is transferable to their future math-related educational pursuits.
RSM offers classes both in-person at select locations in about a dozen states across the US, as well as online classes for all students, though class timings and availability are subject to change. Most classes incur about 2 to 4 hours of weekly coursework and commitment from the student, but this varies by program, too. RSM primarily caters to students in grades 2 through 10, though there is not a hard cut off, and AP math class concepts can be addressed in higher-level high school-focused programs.
