Sages And Seekers Quarantine Connections 2025

Sages and Seekers knows the value of different generations connecting on a meaningful level. Our goal is to give the generations an opportunity to communicate one-on-one to break down stereotypes, judgments, and help develop social-emotional skills. The CDC reported that anxiety and depression jumped sharply when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Too many young individuals and older adults were mentally and physically impacted by the isolation that is paramount to their safety. So to keep offering the different generations a chance to connect, our Sages and Seekers opportunity is going virtual, to continue to encourage our society to seek the humanity in others and engage in meaningful ways. For four to six weeks, Sages (+60 years-old) and Seekers (14 to 24 years old) will meet and connect on a regular basis to look after each other and deepen the bonds of humanity (at a distance!) with the hope that we can meet and support in person, soon!
