The Tyler Architecture Institute welcomes 10th, 11th and 12th-grade students to participate in a rigorous introduction to the field of architecture via a two-week in-person program at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Tyler Architecture Institute encourages students in grades 10th, 11th, and 12th to engage in a rigorous introduction to the discipline of architecture. Students in the program work on collaborative design issues, attend faculty talks, visit virtual sites, and complete hands-on projects. The curriculum teaches students to methods of architectural representation and design and processes associated to producing and interpreting the built world. Students will graduate from the Architecture Institute with new abilities and knowledge of the different college degree paths and jobs available in this exciting industry.

High school students will be exposed to architectural representation and the design process during this two-week online class.

Any architecture student is welcome to attend this fascinating session offered by Temple University’s Tyler Architecture Institute. There is no prior experience in the field necessary. Students may anticipate to take part in teacher talks, virtual site visits, and collaborative and innovative design tasks.
