The Health Museum’s mission is to foster wonder and curiosity about health, medical science and the human body. High School youth, ages 16 to 18 are introduced to the museum in the summer months only. To be selected for the team of youth volunteers, teens must fill out an application. Applications are reviewed as they come in and accepted on a rolling admissions basis until the recruitment goals are met. Summer Discovery Camp Youth Volunteers Students have the opportunity to work one-on-one with in camps relating to medicine, forensic science, and sports. Each camp requires a youth volunteer to support the needs of our young campers. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up for more than one week of service.
