The Johnson O’Connor Research Foundation is a nonprofit scientific research and educational organization (that’s been around since 1922), which studies human abilities and offer career aptitude testing to students and working adults so they can learn about their natural talents and find great career fits.
Mission Aptitudes are natural talents, special abilities for doing, or learning to do, certain kinds of things. Perceptual speed, musical ability, spatial visualization, and memory for numbers are examples of such aptitudes. In a comprehensive battery of tests available only through the Foundation, we measure these aptitudes in order to help prescribe best-fit education and career pursuits.
These aptitude tests uncover which jobs and careers will most align with a student’s innate strengths and proclivities, which typically yields a more successful career. Thus, our testing helps students better choose their target colleges, majors, extracurricular involvement, and long-term careers.
