Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s (WPI’s) Launch Summer STEM Program is a week-long, hands-on, in-person, on-campus educational immersion camp for high school teens (ideally underclassmen in grades 9 and 10) to work with peers to find solutions to real-world problems harnessing their newfound skills and resources.
Students will learn live with WPI faculty and staff through presentations, demos, and discussions. They’ll also use state-of-the-art technology and software like SolidWorks, MakeBot, Adobe Rush, Maya, and ZBrush. Additionally, students will be able to join virtual events such as Minecraft, Online Trivia, Netflix parties, Scriblio, more! Throughout the entire experience, campers will both deepen their knowledge of STEM, as well as network and build lasting friendships with likeminded peers.
